DESCRIPTION OF CAR BODY CONVERSION - LANDAULET

List of works carried out:

 Complete disassembly

 Extension of the “body-in-white” +650mm:

frame and body separately

brake pipe extension

cardan shaft extension

exhaust system extension

extension of fuel supply pipes

extension of electrical cables and fiber-optic cable

dismantling the roof and installing the short part in front from the A-pillar to the C-pillar (above the rear door in the middle)

 Rear door extension

 Installing new rear door glass

 Installing a body element with a triangular glass after the rear door

 Stamping of some elements of the “black body”

 Installation of the soft roof drive mechanism

 Installing a soft roof with electric control

 New glass except windshield and front doors windows

 Installation of an interior partition with adjustable electrically transparent glass and LCD monitors

 Configuration and adjustment of electronic systems ABS, ESP, ASR

 Preservation of security systems with the exception of side airbags in the ceiling on the right and left above the rear seats

 Carrying the spare wheel into the luggage compartment

 Assembly and fitting of all exterior and interior elements

 Final check of all systems and test drive

 Other minor changes in vehicle equipment are possible

Installation of new transverse reinforcements instead of a metal roof

Rear door extension

 Installing new rear door glass

Installing a body element with a triangular glass after the rear door

 Stamping of some elements of the “black body”

 Installation of the soft roof drive mechanism

Installing a soft roof with electric control

Configuration and adjustment of electronic systems ABS, ESP, ASR

 Preservation of security systems with the exception of side airbags in the ceiling on the right and left above the rear seats
