Visioneering, a fully integrated part of the VPS and his partners, designs, engineers and manufactures processing machinery, together with specialist production tooling and equipment. The company’s focus is to provide solutions that optimise products for production. This includes maximising efficiency and maintaining consistent quality standards, including the provision of quality tools and equipment. Envisage services include design and engineering expertise in power press equipment, steel mill equipment, conveyor systems, robotic transfer and assembly and plant booths. The company also offers full design, manufacture and supply of assembly aids such as adapter gauges, CMM fixtures, on-line build fixtures and complex composite and metal forming tooling.
Routing fixtures ensure accurate and repeatable components and avoid manual disciplines being required. VPS and his partners uses a vacuum process – no clamps or fixings, which provide an obstruction-free process to trim the part, it is also easier for additional holes or apertures to be made. The full form vacuum approach has holes to draw the air through the fixture, the alternative is to use stanchions fitted with vacuum cups.
